Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that health and safety is given priority in all business activities.
  • Provide adequate resources to implement and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Regularly review and update health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Investigate any accidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions.

Employee Responsibilities:

  • Take reasonable care of their own health and safety.
  • Co-operate with management on health and safety matters.
  • Use work equipment correctly and in accordance with training and instructions.
  • Report any health and safety concerns to their supervisor or manager.

Health and Safety Arrangements

  1. Risk Assessment:
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
