  1. Prohibition of Bribery:

  2. Gifts and Hospitality:
    • Employees are prohibited from offering or accepting gifts or hospitality that could influence, or be perceived to influence, a business decision. Modest hospitality in line with customary business practice is allowed, provided it is approved by management and recorded appropriately.
  3. Facilitation Payments:
    • Facilitation payments, which are small unofficial payments made to expedite routine government actions, are prohibited. All employees must refuse to make such payments and report any requests for them to management.
  4. Responsibilities:
    • All employees must read, understand, and comply with this policy. The prevention, detection, and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption are the responsibility of all employees. Any concerns or suspicions should be reported to management immediately.
  5. Training and Communication:
    • We will provide relevant training to ensure all employees understand and comply with this policy. Our zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption will be communicated to all suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
  6. Monitoring and Review:
    • We will monitor and review the implementation of this policy regularly to ensure its effectiveness. Any breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract.
